We will perform all transactions in a business-like manner, and will try our utmost to treat our customers the way that we want to be treated by the breeders that we buy from.
There can never be too much communication between us and our customers. We will try not to answer your questions with short, one line answers, the kind that we don't like to receive, but will strive to be as forthright as we can with the information that we have available on the snakes that we offer.
If you deal with us, and you are not satisfied that the snake that you received was just as we told you it was, we will make it right. We want you to be happy.

We guarantee live arrival if package is signed for on first attempt to deliver. Contact with us about a problem must be made the same day as delivery.
First response to advertisements or website availability listing inquiry, either by phone or email, will be honored as the first-in-line buyer.

We reserve the right to deny sales for any reason.
Shipping to lower 48 states only.
We will not ship when the temps are too hot or too cold; i.e. over 90 degrees, or under 35 degrees.
